Gunsmith Cats + Pirate vs. Ninja

Well, I've learned one thing from this, and that's that Iron Goldie makes a very bad ninja, what with pricking herself in the palms with needles and not being very sneaky on account of the exposed flesh. In retrospect, it probably should have gone the other way around, with Rally as the ninja and Goldie as the pirate. Would have been easier to find a proper pose for Goldie, too, especially since everyone on the internet only cares about the anime, which doesn't have Goldie in it. Plus, it makes far more sense for Goldie to be the pirate, what with the slavery and everything...

But then, who ever heard of a gun-wielding ninja?

Ah well. If you're wondering where the random purple bits came from, they are courtesy of a random kid from camp. No, she didn't scribble all over one of my drawings, they were there before I started. Thing is, this is actually the reverse side of the paper, flipped through a bit of computer trickery. The colours on the other side came out like ass, and since the permanent marker lines bleeded through to the other side, I got a second chance! Unfortunately, you're still left with the purple blobs since I'm too lazy to get rid of them at the moment. Perhaps I will in the future.

April 23rd, 2005 - Whee, up to bimonthly now. It's only a few days late! Chances of making it to fourth birthday looking more encouraging.

April 6th, 2005 - Oops...I really do intend to update the site more than once a month, but my writing/drawing muse appears to be a very fickle one (like there are any who aren't). I want to fiddle with the site some more, but I'm almost starting to wonder if the comic'll exist long enough to justify it. I'm not giving up yet, especially as it's exam season and skewing all of my sense of time (not to mention the latest update gives me some hope), but even if I do I have another idea I've been kicking around a bit...

March 10th, 2005 - Bitter. Stupid CTV won't show the Episode III trailer. Anyways, have an update! I'm going to stop pretending I'm going to catch up, although I suppose there's always a possibility. I'm also going to start posting the same news here and in the LJ community, since the post won't point to the main page anymore, anyways.

Oh yes, I thought there was something I was forgetting. If you haven't already skipped my little webcomic (and I use that term in the loosest way possible) in disgust/boredom, hello Randy!

March 3rd, 2005 - Sickness + Math midterm = late update. Especially since I don't want to do more filler in a comic that is already all filler.

February 24th, 2005 - I suppose I should have had time to do a proper prettification...meh. I am a bad time manager, as anyone who knows me well will tell you. Actually, more than just people who know me well. I did have an idea for a strip, it just wasn't a very good one, is all. It might start to seem better after percolating through my brain a bit more...
